We are looking for a superstar sales professional to build the membership base for our brand new F45 fitness studio in Corte Madera, CA. Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow the memberships for our new studio feels comfortable making multiple phone calls a day, a fitness lover, strong customer service skills, and an overall self-driven salesperson.
As an F45 Sales and Marketing associate, you will participate in the operation and success of a fast pace fitness studio, build strong relationships with F45 members, corporate and local businesses. The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent verbal communication skills and a willingness to drive new member sales, has outstanding attention to detail, and holds self-accountable to high-performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- New Membership Sales
- Timely outreach to new leads
- Sharing in-depth knowledge of F45 training sessions and overcoming objections
- Converting leads into memberships
- Trialer follow up and management
- Ensuring the sales performance of the studio is meeting goals
- CRM System Administration
- Managing new lead entries once received from our social media outlets, community events, and marketing campaigns.
- Reporting on sales progress
- Managing current memberships on our CRM
- Event Management, Community Outreach & Business Partnerships
- Generating new leads through current members (influencers), community outreach, and all social media platforms’
- Being present at the location for events and local community gatherings.
- Becoming the community's biggest F45 Training advocate
- Other
- Working collaboratively with the Studio Manager and Owner to manage the studio ensuring smooth and cohesive operations
Experience & Skills:
- Must be local
- Sale experience
- A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate via a high volume of emails, texts, and calls
- Excellent customer service skills with a go-getter mentality
- Efficient in Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow up on 50+ leads on a daily basis
- Confident, motivational, and outgoing
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Social Media Management/ Marketing Experience
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
The Position will be salary-based with incentives and bonuses relating to sales of memberships.
Flexible can work from home (part-time) once the ramp-up period is completed.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
