Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the F45 Athletics Staff and Athletic Operations of the F45 Studio.
- Lead the team of full-time and part-time trainers using the F45 Methodology.
- Promote an energetic environment and create a culture of family at F45.
- Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals.
- Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations and body scans with all members.
- Focus on membership acquisition and retention, including conducting referral/lead generation activities.
- Setup the studio for specific functional training classes.
- Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained and organized at all times.
- Participate in monthly F45 Athletics webinars.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the coaching team to review new F45 phases and best practices.
- Ensure coaches follow opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct studio tours for prospective members and answer phone inquiries.
- Assist with membership sales and customer service.
- Lead a minimum of 10 classes per week and one weekend per month.
Essential Skills and Characteristics:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

- Ability to multitask and excel in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional, punctual, and reliable.
- Experience with social media management and marketing is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a personal fitness trainer.
- Current fitness certification from an F45-approved education entity, such as ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, or NSCA.
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with members.
- Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology.
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness.
- Reliable and punctual, with excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons.
Technological Know-How
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Skilled in Word and Excel for managing documents and data.
- Experience with CRM platforms: Familiar with web-based CRM systems to streamline customer interactions.
- Mindbody Management: Capable of handling various tasks within the Mindbody platform, including:
- Class Scheduling: Efficiently managing and organizing class timetables to optimize member participation.
- Sales Transactions: Processing payments and managing financial transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Client Information Management: Keeping client records up-to-date, which is crucial for personalized service and communication.
- Member Attendance Tracking: Monitoring attendance to help identify trends and improve member engagement.
