F45 Training Hampshire Meadows is locally owned and operated, and we’re seeking a driven, people-focused Studio Operations Director to lead our team, grow our community, and deliver an exceptional member experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and support a small team of trainers
- Drive studio growth through training, sales, community outreach, and social media engagement
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment
- Manage daily operations, financials, and performance reporting
- Represent and promote F45 Training in the Hampshire Meadows community
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic self-starter with flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Passion for health and fitness (industry experience a plus)

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) required
- Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire a team
